CLIENT-BUILT WORKOUTS:

The main difference with these workouts from the PRIME WORKOUTS is that with these workouts the client actually has a hands-on position in creating their own training schedule.  With their trainer (ME!), they will sit down and set out a good, effective workout plan that the client can agree to, execute and be happy with. In this way the client can have a better understanding in what it takes to make a correct schedule and the importance of the different exercises and choosing the right ones, and more importantly, the appreciation of one being active and healthy.  So basically, it’s YOUR BABY.
