HOW TO DEFINE A LIFESTYLE

You may be saying to yourself (especially after reading the last connecting blog…you have read the blog before this one. Right?! What? You haven’t??? Hurry up and read it then come straight back!)
Good, now that you’ve done that you have an understanding of what really is a lifestyle in the emphasis of your living society. Ok, now the question you’re most likely asking is, “but haven’t you already defined what a good life style is???” No, I haven’t. What I showed you was what a lifestyle is in its basic form so now you know how to identify it when you observe others. What’s going to be briefly shown here is what a GOOD LIFESTYLE is.
Now, what a lot of people will say and profess is that how can T.O.P. have the gall to tell them what a god life style is?! Easy, the definitions that will be presented can easily be applied into anybody’s life, in any culture, in any life time. The question is do you believe them? Let’s get to it:
-
LOVE, RESPECT AND APPRECIATE YOUR PARENTS: You see, when it comes to parents everyone has a point in saying, “but my Dad doesn’t want to understand me…” or “my Mum only wants her way…”that includes T.O.P. (Yes, even I have parents!)To combat this negativity that seems to spawn from every parent Is to
-
Try and see things from their point of view before making your own point
-
Be more helpful with them and around them, then you’ll notice that they’ll complain less
-
Try and be more positive with them and around them then they’ll be more prone to chat with you instead of complaining
-
Be truthfully in everything you do as they’ll respect you for it, no end. This will cultivate trust that is a very rewarding gift to have
-
LOVE, RESPECT AND APPRECIATE YOUR SIBLINGS: the same points above retrospectively can be implemented with your brothers and sisters. Although the kind of respect you have for your parents will be different with your siblings as it is more ‘on the level’ and frank but it doesn’t mean you can’t create that type of relationship but the respect for your parents should be maintained as some of us do start to blur the lines and may over step the mark .
-
LOVE, RESPECT AND APPRECIATE YOUR NEIGHBOUR: Your neighbour represents and body that isn’t directly associated to you by blood but in true fact it’ll even include your family. This one is quite straightforward and negotiation isn’t an option. Basically, it’s like this: treat anyone and everyone like if they are another YOU! You like to be treated well, right? Then treat everyone else in the same manner: the way you’d like to be treated. Important point; treat them good, don’t be ‘nice’. Anybody can be nice, your ex-wife and cheating boyfriend can be nice and this is what messes everything up for we as a society can’t tell the difference between good and nice. Being nice means you’re pretending, being good means you mean it. Now, what we have to understand is that you’ll find it extremely hard to connect with the next points if you can’t fully appreciate these above points for this is where your lifestyle initially develops from. It is from these factors that every living being has their spiritual, physical and psychological beginnings.

RESPECT AUTHORITY BUT DON’T BE SCARED TO ASK QUESTIONS AND CHALLENGE THEM WHEN THEY’RE WRONG: It is put to us as the typical people of whatever country, state, borough, county, city, etc, etc ,etc that “WE HAVE TO OBEY THE LAW”, fine, but this is what The SOLUTION says to each and everyone that is reading this blog: “BY ALL MEANS, OBEY THE LAW BUT ONLY WHEN IT RESPECTS THE PEOPLE!” I could just leave it like that as it’s self-explanatory but there are a few factors here that needs to be pointed out so you won’t get into trouble. Firstly, you have to know that YOU HAVE RIGHTS! No matter what any authority tells you or demands, this has to be exercised first and foremost. This is only over-looked when you’ve committed a crime that has been proven. To know more on this please get to know COMMON and STATUTORY LAW as these are the laws that influence you directly and you must know them to be able exercise them properly and effectively. You have to stay within the confines of the law if you want the law to work for you, for that is what is it is suppose to do, not control you. As long as you don’t commit any crimes and know your rights you should always show full respect to the authorities.
-
BE ORIGINAL, IMAGINATIVE AND CREATIVE IN ALL YOUR APPROACHES: Most people these days just go with the flow, with the status quo and do whatever the fan-base is doing at that time period so to stay in the it-crowd. All that the commercial field is really doing now is just rehashing old ideas, re-inventing the wheel and selling it to the unwitting masses. To be creative and imaginative you have to be brave in what idea you are bringing out as you may be ridiculed by others due to your originality. You have to learn to constantly think out of the box and appreciate new ideas. The reason why this is being pointed out is mainly due to the fact that our creativity on the whole is being attacked and ignored on a universal scale that we are not fully detecting. To do this is very easy: see things from a different angle that leads to a POSITIVE representation that everyone(most people) can relate or understand. Do not create something, or come up with an idea that is crass, abusive, undermining or just completely silly as in the long run people will simply switch off from it and it’ll fade into the mists of time. The best way to be start in being imaginative and creative is to be simple as YOU can be. Do not over do the ideas as the brain prefers simple information and attractive concepts. Our understanding of what the truth is our pathway to the positive way of life therefore find out what the ‘truth’ is then your life will become more positive then creative and originality will have a place to stay within your life.

OBSERVE POSITIVE MEDIUMS AND ENVIRONMENTS: This point is much more important than what you really think. Much more, by far! It is due to bad representations and exploitations within our everyday, existing environment that we pick up, take in, then take up extremely immoral habits that the media keeps on professing that it’s ‘cool’ and ‘stylish’ for you to do so to be accepted. My question is this: “Who is it that you are trying to make accept you? For anyone that needs you to degrade yourself by getting drunk, dressing disrespectfully to everybody and only caring for yourself and not respecting and caring for your neighbours isn’t worth being a friend to AT ALL! We have to have the clarity of what is really good for yourself in society…being good with everyone else! You can’t just be caring about your own feelings and your own self for you’ll just end up a loner for the rest of your life. THAT ain’t cool. The best way to define what is positive in life and then integrate into your way of living is to go away and find out what really NATURAL (some people say organic) and wholesome and you will positively LEARN from it. For when these attributes are exercised in your life you can’t help but share it with others of like-minded substance. We all know what is good and bad for us and everybody else, all we have to do is learn it, know it, show it and live it. Nuff Zed!

OBSERVE HEALTHY EATING AND EXERCISE: This is quite simple to define but quite hard to implement. To eat healthy is to eat all naturally occurring and edible foods like fruits, vegetables, nuts, grains, meats (beef, fish, etc etc etc) and herbs as often as possible. When it comes to the fruits and vegetable try and have them as fresh and raw as possible so to maintain their natural state and retain their natural goodness; for I let you know now: fruits and vegetables can help you against the most chronic and deadliest of sicknesses. When it comes to meats, try and have them prepared as lean as possible and well cooked (drain out the blood, you’re not a vampire for Pete’s sake!) Then again, if you’re a vegan then you can substitute meat for nuts as your protein in-take for protein is essential for keeping your strength up. Then there’s exercise which is very important for more people in the western world as this is lacking. In third world countries, exertion of the body is an everyday thing therefore exercise is obtained from there but when it come to the so-called first world countries exercise is greatly wanting and the importance is greatly ignored. Therefore, the people of the first world countries are more susceptible to injuries and more prone to sickness. Out of the seven-days-a-week, to just put three days aside to do 45 minutes to an hour of exercise (full-body) will make that much of a difference to the point you’ll never regret it. Once you marry these two aspects together, on a physical level, you’ll feel and see a different outlook on life and approach it more positively.
-
BE A SOLVER OF PROBLEMS NOT A COMPLAINER: OK, it is true that times are hard for everyone but this is the time when we have to start solving the problems that come into our lives as we’re increasingly witnessing the so-called authorities that were employed to be looking out for our very best interests, steadily misuse their position and let us down and betray us over and over again. You keep on trying to believe and rely on them but they keep letting you down time in memorial. But what is worse they rarely say sorry and if they do you get that deep down feeling that they don’t really mean it. You have to stop waiting for ours to do your ‘dirty’ work and get down and dirty and fulfil your own aspirations and needs. Once you get into the habit of doing what is positively necessary you will gradually and instinctively begin to be more of an innovator and leader that is ready and willing to help and guide others than a waiter and demander that will do nothing to help anyone unless they’ll gain something out. Please understand, this does not mean that you have to be independent now, for if you try that stunt you’ll quickly get the sweet knowledge that no matter what anybody says or tells you: no one is, can be or will ever be independent. The lesson is this: we have to work together to make things work. Things work better if we do work together if we admit it or not.
